Lake Cumberland is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. In downtown Jamestown, hungry Cumberland Lake residents can dine at the Jamestown Cafe, Giovanni's Pizza, or Pepe’s Mexican Grill. Other restaurants around the water include The Pizza Man, Reel Java, Fishtales, and Marina Rowena. There is a restaurant at the Jamestown Marina on the north side of the lake. Within 30 minutes from Dollar General Market, Hardscratch General Store, and Kroger. Russell County Hospital is just 23 minutes away, and the lake is a little over two hours from Louisville International Airport. Lake Cumberland, one of the largest and most visited lakes in the eastern United States, is a massive reservoir just south of Jamestown, Kentucky, and a little over two hours from Lexington.
